My name is Anand Vardhan, friends call me Anand and I am 28 years old. I am a developer specialized in Rich Internet Application development and web design. My skills consist of a wide variety of today’s standards in web technology, such as: ASP.Net, Flex, ActionScript, Ajax, PHP, JavaScript, XML, XHTML, CSS, Database Design, SQL Server, OpenSource Databses, Currently, I work full-time for Capsilon Corporation on a team of Internet-focused experts. We develop powerful enterprise applications for financial sector.
I first started doing web development in 1998. In 2000, I graduated from with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and completed my Masters in Computer Applications in 2006.
I am extremely fascinated by today’s emerging bleeding edge technology. I am consistently staying up to date with the latest technological news and headlines. Though I am cautious when it comes to using the latest and greatest in a production environment, I look forward to working with new technologies, programming languages, and frameworks.
I am attempting to become more active in the AJAX and Flex community. I started my own blog to share my views. I am also trying to get more involved with other open source projects I strongly believe in building a stronger developer community through the use and development of open source software.

This is nitin. I used to know you when I was in maximize. I am currently working with hurix. Me and my friend Sumeet, who was also in maximize, are thinking of learning Flex. We want to know if there are enough opportunities for flex in India. We are thinking of joining Teknopoint for the same. Could you please help us both with some information about scope and opportunities in Flex and should we go for it and where else can I find more information. Also we would like to know if knowledge of additional technologies is required and if yes which. Please do try and help us with more information. This is a really cool website.

I recommend going to technopoint as they have certified instrucrters. Flex has a great future and with AIR its emerging as a complete App development platform, so go ahead and start learning it asap.
