A surprise delivery arrived today at my office. A small packet having Adobe logo on it. I was very curious about it and I filled with joy when I saw Raghu’s name on it. I cleared the courier formalities and quickly grabbed the packet and popped it to open. I filled with joy and almost screamed when I saw something which was like a my most awaited gift. I saw “ActionScript 3.0 Design Patterns” book with a really cool happy note written by Raghu, (hmmm Techies sheldom write something ).

It was a pretty nice gift by Raghu on clearing my Adobe Certification and that is why it is very special to me. Raghu has always been very supportive to me and once again I do not want to miss the opportunity to say thanks to him and the Adobe team.

Monday 07 April 2008 was my last day at Capsilon. Leaving a job is always hard. There are feelings of failure. A feeling of incompleteness, of a job half done. Abandonment. Missed opportunities. Friendships made that will never be quite the same after leaving. All my stuff in a box on the floor. People stopping by to say farewell. Leaving a job I really loved is one of the most difficult things I’ve ever had to do.

I can’t say enough good things about the friends I’ve made and the talented people who have taught me so much. When I started here I never could have guessed that I’d be helping create a world-class user experience team and product that so many strangers love. The experience will always be a reminder to recognize every opportunity not only for what it is, but for what it can become.

As my very first blog entry, I thought it would be appropriate to introduce myself. I am an Adobe Flex Developer, passionate to new technologies and gadgets I have been working with Flex/Flash ever since it was first released to the public. My first ActionScript code came in 2000 to show jazzy Picture Album.

I am an active member invarious forum/communities including Adobe Forum since long time as AnandMX.

I will be writing about all the happenings in RIA space.

As of now am involved in lots of exciting stuffs related to Adobe Flex and Ajax, which you will come to know soon.
